The black and white poster, drawn by Corporal V.M. Turner on grey paper is in a stacked, comic-book panel format, with two horizontal panels. The top panel depicts Adolf Hitler leading a black bull. The panel is titled “from BULLoney,” and the bull has the sentence, “Our cities will never be bombed” written in white capital letters across its side. The lower frame depicts a bombed town with refuse scattered around a small food stand, the cartoon figure inside, says via a speak balloon, “RED HOT!” The panel’s title reads, “to salisbury steak.” “HAMBURG” runs across the top of the stand and below the figure is a sign saying, “visit our Has-House Berlin, 167 mi.” Below this panel, two lines read, “Moral Division, D.R.D.” “Dept of Comm., TS.
