In this 1907 letter, R.F. Pettigrew writes briefly to his cousin E.G. about a deed to property in Lincoln Country. He tells E.G. to send a draft of the document to 949 Broadway, New York City and closes by saying he will be home early in Februrary. Attached to the letter is a map of the deeded property, which amounts to 300 acres and is criscrossed by rivers and railroad tracks.
