Ken Bird (Class of 1972) created this stained glass transom window which was commissioned in 2004 to honor the memory of Don Fryxell (1915-1988) and Lucy Fryxell (1919-2003), both long-time English professors of Augustana College. The piece was revised by the artist in 2008 during the Mikkelsen Library renovation.
