The amendments were proposed by the Legislative Board of the council in November and were approved by the neces-sary two-thirds majority vote of the Student Council in a meeting Monday evening. President L. M. Stavig has signed the amendments, making the adoption. Festival Effectively Portrays Christmas Around the World to Large Audience The finale of the All-Nations Christmas Festival Saturday evening featured all the individuals appearing in the evening's program as the Northlanders and singers combined to present a group of Christmas carols. Earl Colgan is pictured directing the final number. At the left of the picture is Jim Rosasco, master of ceremonies. Something new was added to the Festival this year in the roast pig served by the English booth. Les Arneson and Miss Fern I. Martinson are shown serving the pig, which certainly was one of the main attractions of the evening. Elliot Thoreson is dishing up the apple sauce — a necessary trimming. The event was the result of many months of planning and the cooperation of many people out-side of the college. Individuals making use of the opportunity in the Kor-ean booth to contribute to CARE, made the mailing of two CARE packages possible.
